REVIEWER POLICY
Peer review is a vital part of the publication process at the EduTechy International Journal of Science, Art and Humanities (EIJSAH). It ensures that only high-quality, original, and ethically sound research is published. The peer review system plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and academic credibility of the journal while contributing to the advancement of knowledge across multidisciplinary fields. EIJSAH is committed to a prompt, fair, and transparent review process. All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous evaluation to ensure the quality and reliability of the published work.
Key Features of the Review Process
- Manuscripts submitted to EduTechy International Journal of Science, Art and Humanities (EIJSAH) must be original and not under consideration by any other journal.
- Each submission is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the subject area.
- The Editor-in-Chief makes final publication decisions based on reviewers’ recommendations.
- The review process follows a double-blind system, ensuring that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other.
- All manuscripts and communications during the review process are treated as strictly confidential.
- Reviewers and editors must disclose any conflicts of interest and recuse themselves if impartiality is compromised.
- Reviewer identities are not disclosed to authors at any stage.

Publication Procedure
Initial Screening
All manuscripts submitted to EduTechy International Journal of Science, Art and Humanities (EIJSAH) are first screened by the Editor-in-Chief to ensure compliance with journal guidelines, ethical standards, and scope. Submissions that do not meet the basic requirements may be returned to authors for correction or rejected before peer review.
Peer Review
Manuscripts passing the initial checks are sent to at least two qualified subject experts for detailed evaluation. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and independence. The review focuses on originality, technical quality, clarity, ethical compliance, and contribution to the field.
Editorial Decision
After receiving reviewers’ reports, the Editor-in-Chief makes one of the following decisions:
- Accept with Minor Revisions: Manuscript accepted subject to small corrections.
- Reconsider after Major Revisions: Substantial changes required before reconsideration.
- Reject with Encouragement to Resubmit: Additional data or work required for a new submission.
- Reject: Manuscript does not meet the journal’s standards or has major flaws.
Authors must respond to all reviewer comments in a point-by-point manner when revising their manuscripts.
Author Appeals
Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a detailed written explanation to the Editorial Office at editor@edutechyjournal.com. The appeal should include a clear justification and responses to reviewer or editor comments. The Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with the Editorial Board, will review the appeal and may recommend acceptance, further review, or uphold the original decision. The decision made after the appeal review will be final.
