GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

The EduTechy International Journal of Science, Art and Humanities (EIJSAH) welcomes original, high-quality manuscripts that contribute meaningful insights to academic research. To ensure a smooth submission and review process, authors are advised to follow the guidelines below carefully.

Manuscript Originality

  • Submitted work must be original, unpublished, and not under review in any other journal.
  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research practices will lead to immediate rejection.

Manuscript Structure

Authors should organize their manuscript in the following format:

  • Title of the Paper
  • Author(s) Name & Affiliations
  • Abstract (150–250 words)
  • Keywords (4–6 keywords)
  • Introduction
  • Literature Review (if applicable)
  • Methodology / Materials & Methods
  • Results & Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgment (optional)
  • References (as per journal style)

Formatting Requirements

  • Manuscript must be typed in clear, professional English.
  • Recommended Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • All tables and figures must be numbered, clearly labeled, and placed within the text.

Abstract & Keywords

  • The abstract should be concise, informative, and self-explanatory.
  • Provide 4–6 relevant keywords for indexing and search optimization.

Citation & Referencing Style

  • Authors must follow APA / MLA / IEEE style (as per journal requirement).
  • All in-text citations must match the references listed at the end.

Ethical Considerations

  • Research involving human or animal subjects must include a statement of ethical approval.
  • Any conflict of interest must be clearly declared.

Figures, Tables & Illustrations

  • Use high-resolution images and graphs.
  • Each table/figure must have a caption and should be referenced in the text.

Multiple Authorship

  • Provide correct contributions of all authors.
  • The corresponding author must ensure all authors approve the final manuscript.

Review & Revision Process

  • Submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit based on reviewer comments.
  • Revised manuscripts should include a response document addressing all revisions.

Copyright & Licensing

  • On acceptance, authors must submit a copyright transfer / declaration form.
